Everything was ok - from the wonderful staff to the room, and confort and cleaningness. One thing that was a little bad for my own taste was that it got quite cold in the evenings and night, and so I had to double-up on the blankets.

The room was great and everything was good. The only thing is that the hotel is not very central. However it is good reachable with subway and bus from main train station.

Walking distance from Barclaycard Arena (30 mins), quiet location, nice beds and clean room. Late check-out time and easy parking.

Hotel was clean and staff were very helpful. Lidl across the road which was great. A very pleasant outside area to sit in.

Exceptional staff, incredibly kind and competent. Very approachable. They've gone great lengths to solve all of my problems or answer any of my questions. Their job is so stressful, but they do their job with vigour and kind-heartedness.

Very good breakfast, and good beds. Close to the arena. Lot of places to eat in the direct area.

The location is great. 20 min walk to train Station. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Very clean. Size of room perfect for two.

The location was perfect for visiting Euro 2024. Staff were very friendly, good breakfast, rooms were decently clean.

Karim in the reception was kind, staff in general were super friendly, even the breakfast people and they have a wonderful breakfast!
